What anti-constitutional lunacy!
The Constitution says the states and Congress determine who wins the Presidential election. For good reasons.
Where in the Constitution does it say that courts can't order an election decertified if the election was certified fraudulently?
Where in the Constitution is SCOTUS prohibited from hearing a peitition for a writ of quo warranto as part of its original jurisdiction if the petition is brought by a state?
Right or wrong that’s what happened.
So it’s settled.
It's wrong. Nothing is settled until we say it's settled.
Go preach your defeatism somewhere else.

Your view of the Constitution is that what it says doesn’t matter- if there is “good reason” to do otherwise in your opinion.
That is a very common view these days.
Sad to see it on FR.
