Proving (and, by the way, that means IN A COURT) that votes within individual states were fraudulent is meaningless once the State Legislatures appoint, or consent to the appointment, of, >270 Biden electors.

I am not a constitutional wiz but I was talking to someone who knows it pretty good and he said there is something in there that could possibly be done. Those guys who made it were very smart. I have heard of a quo warranto or something like that. But it’s a matter of proving that these states were won. These audits at this point don’t seem to be about the vote counts as much as what happened. But when they start realizing that it was enough in these states to change the out come of the elections then it’s going to be very interesting. Could this cause a civil war. Will the people do something about this. Or will we sit and take it and wait for 2024. If that’s the case then we will never have a election where the peoples choice wins. And in another 3 years this nation will be destroyed.

Not a single state legislature appointed a single presidential elector. The legislatures all required the electors to be selected based upon popular election by statute. Once it can be proved that elections were certified fraudulently, the governor's certifications mean nothing. Courts can order the elections decertified. Otherwise, it's not a constitutional republic.
