I am 69 and my wife is 66.
We, along with our 20-30 year old sons had Covid.
My wife and youngest son were hospitalized with Covid pneumonia. It will take them 6 months to fully recover.
My older son and I had no symptoms.
Sorry for what your family is having to go through. I wish them all a speedy recovery.
I realize some people do get very sick from covid - I should be sensitive to that.
But I still think there has been a huge and costly overreaction - much of it deliberate.
The Progressives (Marxists) never let a crisis go to waste - and if there is no crisis, they invent one. Global warming, Systemic Racism, Pandemic.
Each manufactured crisis has a grain of truth to it - there are man-made threats to the environment - there is racism - there is Covid19. These things are very real and very tragic for the victims of pollution, racism or viruses.
But exaggerating them for profit or for political gain is also very real - and very tragic.

what is not real is that only expensive IV meds can take care of covid.....oral meds work well if given BUT TPTB WILL NOT LET IT BE OPENLY PRESCRIBED so many many people died ....
that being said, I am no in great shape, at 67, with some comorbidities....no vaxx in this house....we'll take our vitamins and take our chances....
will not throw my lot in with the murderers....
