Actually you are wrong. Gateway Pundit got it right on what they wrote. The guy on the right side of the truck was driving. Biden wasn’t.
Nope, GP got it wrong. Look at the AP video which gives a better view of the passenger side of the truck’s interior. The CSPAN video is confusing and is being misinterpreted.
