Nope. It only prevents health care workers and a few of their contracted services from releasing your health information. It has nothing to do with what employers do and do not require. There is about as much knowledge of HIPAA around here as there is of the vaccine itself
Employers can’t request it without your say so. Employers can’t require vaccinations unless they also want to assume liability for those required vaccinations side effects and other long term damage, should that occur.
Also, that only applies to vaccines approved by the FDA. None of these injections are approved by the FDA. They are being allowed to be administered under an EUA.
They’re still experimental. As such, nobody can require you to participate in that experiment - bottom line - government or corporation.
The airlines are going to get taken to court on this, and they’ll eventually lose on that basis as well.
You’re under no obligation to disclose your medical information, and they have no right to access it without your consent.
