Not trying to infer here, but could it be that while Obama publicly ended gain of function, he actually let it continue via money laundering through a third party to continue the research in China?
Considering what we are going through now, if there is any shred of truth to such a thing, that's crimes against humanity territory. It would pale any other malfeasance Obama committed while in office.
