The thing is, he warned about Y2K in 1998, then when he came back in 2000 he was concerned that he changed the timeline.

I remember around 1998 everyone suddenly worrying about Y2K- I did a lot of software work finding Y2K fixes.

His description of the civil war sounds EXACTLY like what is happening now.

His original projection was that it would start in 2008 - but that since Y2K did not happen on this timeline it delayed it.

The thing is, this was actually recorded in the year 2000. CERN, Multiple Universes, etc were NOT well known like they are now.
