Every time I see recommendations for HCQ, Zinc, Vitamin D, B complex vitamins, Quercetin and Melatonin, I wonder what is the dosage for these supplements? No one who recommends them will give the dosages. Are these dosages what you would trust?

Marik COVID-19 Protocol - Eastern Virginia Medical School:

Vitamin C 500 mg (twice daily)
Quercetin 250 mg daily
Vitamin D3 1000-4000/day
B complex vitamins
Zinc 30-50 mg/day
Melatonin (slow release): Begin with 0.3mg and increase as tolerated to 2 mg at night

Did I forget anything?

That dosage for melatonin is far more sensible than the one flccc recommends

Careful, I gave myself a kidney stone with vitamin c and vitamin d. That was a bad night.

I use the Marik EVMS protocol. I’ve added HCQ 200mg each Sunday.
