I recognize your sarcasm, it must be mentioned however, that as a mother of 4 I have many more effective techniques for enforcing rule compliance in the home. Physical punishment does not work half as well as the tricks I have up my sleeve, I’m sure your mother had some good ones too:)

My oldest son told me I prepared him well for his boot camp training when he enlisted in the Army.
