I'm of the opinion that they (black community) put themselves in the position they're in by taking all the "free money", government welfare and other "benefits" so no, it's not worth the effort. Cut 'em off the government teat and make them pull themselves up by their bootstraps like the rest of us had to do.
I've been broke, lived in my car for six months while I finished college in 1985 and often didn't know where my next meal was coming from. I worked multiple part-time jobs and all my money went for school, gas for my car to get to work and what little I had left over went for food. If I could do it, anyone can. (This isn't some new "revelation" about myself, I've written about this before here on FR over the years and often in response to similar questions as yours.)
Here’s what you had - a much higher IQ than most, a drive to succeed based on being betrayed at some basic human level, and a strong sense of fair play and justice... Those are not normal attributes - and they involve waaaay too much pain to try to replicate.
