Right now New York City is surviving on the Federal aid that cannot last forever. However the amount of private capital flowing into New York for investment in the city has slowed to a trickle. The city is lawless and unlivable. It will deteriorate even further. Actually BLM is giving good advice to those latte drinking, virtue signalling fools.
And the Woke remainers will complain that it’s Southern Whites with Confederate flags that are to blame.
And NO ONE i know that even remotely resembles that would even dream of ever living in new york, or even care about what happens there.

Anyone who chooses to go into NYC, San Fran, DC, Chicago, Baltimore, Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis and several other cities in the US should have their head examined.
