The man who shot Babbitt could only justify shooting her by using the defense that he used deadly force because he was afraid of death or great bodily harm to himself or others. The public has the right to see the report he wrote, and the Government has a duty to release his statement.
They keep saying she was climbing through a window but the video showed her walking up the stairs.
