For one, aren’t the Justices supposed to be impartial, non partisan and unbiased arbiters and interpreters of the US Constitution?
And where is the author getting the Republican/Democrat ration.
At best it’s 2 Justices that have a Conservative view of things. 4 that have a liberal view. 3 that haven’t been too corrupted or threatened by the DS to tell.

I’m wondering how the Republicans in the state legislatures in 5 states and 2 Republican Governors, in 2 of those 5 states, are feeling right about now.

Weird thing is that of all the polls that indicate the public is opposed to adding seats to the Supreme Court there is one poll that says that a slim majority is in favor of it. When you check for recent articles, guess which one shows up despite having been published last Fall?!
