The only way that would happen would be by force. 100 years ago, probably would have been done. Today, not so much.
Yes the military will at some point have to step in to return power to the legitimate civilian government. Its possible there may be a one day revote. But the military is in possession of the evidence of cheating and interference from foreign actors. That is what gives them the authority to act. Sooner or later they will act.
