Every argument you’ve put forth so far indicates the answer is yes. I just want to to be clear and give you a chance to clear up any misconceptions.
You claimed Congress could decertify the 2020 election. I asked where is that power in the Constitution. You didn’t answer that question ! Then you went into this Constitutional Crisis rant and accused me of supporting Biden. If we are in a state as you say “beyond the Constitution” then it wouldn’t matter what Congress did since they no longer have any legitimate authority. Who would pay any attention to them?
