Not exactly, although the J&J vaccine does use a cell line from an abortion that was done decades ago. Moderna and Pfizer used a fetal cell line in the confirmation phase of development. Here's some information.

Pfizer and Moderna had some early testing done on a cell line that had been around for a long time. Moderna actually grew its adenovirus in fetal cells and used them in the development, confirmation and production of the vaccine. (per your source) Many religious organizations identify the J and J vaccine as morally compromised over the other two.
