I don’t see how being in a foster home is equivalent to being adopted.
Foster Care Fraud is a creature of Joe Biden’s immigration policies. Foster Care NGO’s make hundreds of millions from the placement of illegal children. It’s one of the U.S.’s most heinous money laundering operations.
It’s not. Foster children are wards of the state, foster parents are agents of the state who care for the children on behalf of the state.
An adopted child is legally the child of the adopted parents, as if they were the natural parents. The adopted child is no longer a ward of the state.
Foster care cannot grant citizenship. Adoption of a foreign national child does grant citizenship as long as certain legal requirements are met.
