Look, I’m not sure you’ve ever had responsibilities in real world jobs where meticulous records are kept, where those records are regularly audited/reviewed by independent reviewers employed to insure honesty and accuracy.
I recommend that you read for understanding the following linked article reporting on the Moderna Phase 3 clinical trial. I think you mean well but you have many misconceptions that you really should clear up. That’s just IMHO, of course.

You keep pretending we're not under attack and that people who are trying to exterminate us lie awake at night worried about being audited by their friends in other corrupt agencies.
