Is SCOTUS saying that it has no jurisdiction over the way state’s run their elections, ergo the states have to settle it?
If so, then that would mean that NO federal court could hear a case involving state election laws or say, voter ID laws, right?
So, that would mean that Abrams’ sister never had and will never have authority to hear any case brought to her by her sister so they can defraud the people of Georgia and America anymore?
And that would mean that any other state that wants to strengthen their election laws, pass some form of voter ID if they don’t have it, restructure absentee ballots and get rid of mail in voting, can do so without having the Left run to the 9th circuit or the DC circuit so they can get one of their judges to rule for them, right?
Oh how I wish you’re right.......but there’s rules for them and rules for us....gotta remember that!
They've allowed several voter ID laws to stand in the past. Alabama voter ID law has been in practice for several elections and has been allowed to stand by SCOTUS. Some other states have laws in effect and then some state's laws have been struck down by SCOTUS.

Very true......but only because we have weak-ass Republican Governors and legislatures that roll over. When President Trump was there the usual suspects had no issues ignoring anything he said or wanted. About time the Republican Governors did the same.
There are 30 states right now that are Republican across the board, if I’m not mistaken, let them all get together and stand as one voice. Let’s se what happens.
Then again, I bet so many thought that Abbott was pretty legit. I was one of them. But to go begging with your hand out to CornPop for help when the state is under a blanket of ice was dumb. He should have just ordered the power plants to run as they should have. Had CornPop sent in the US Marshals, Abbott would counter with the Texas Rangers, Sheriffs and National Guard. BTW, some of those same US Marshals were dealing with the ice storm too, so I’m thinking they wouldn’t be too enthusiastic about helping out CornPop.
