My guess is Tom Hanks.Reasons come from this biographical article.
That seems like the profile of troubled youth with self-esteem issues, who learned to compensate to get his way.
- Comes from a broken home.
- Father was an itinerant short-order cook from Concord, CA who divorced when Hanks was four.
- Family was split up. Father took Hanks and two older two older children, mother took youngest brother.
- Rarely saw his mother after age 5.
- By the age of ten, Hanks had lived in ten different houses.
- His father remarried twice more, Hanks found himself with a stepbrother and four stepsisters from the first marriage and a stepsister from the second. His mother also remarried and he was known as Number Nine in a family of 16 siblings and step-siblings.

Hmmm. Wonder if that would be the case if it were James Woods, Jon Voight or some other celebrity with right leaning political views?
The only bare skin is his butt when he moons the camera. Mostly it shows him manipulating his genitals covered in pantyhose. Mooning is juvenile but not perverted. The posing with his pantyhose is distasteful but I cannot imagine those being comfortable. Not the most wholesome but not what the headline builds it up to be.
