I was always told that the ways and means of voting were set by individual states and not the Federal government. What to believe?
I was going to speculate whether SCOTUS would chime in. But of course they won't. SCOTUS's interest amounts to settling disputes of weighty matters like interstate commerce in fertilized quail eggs and such … you know, the big questions.

You’re right.......this Supreme Court can’t be bothered with REAL Constitutional matters.......just like Justice and the FBI......so corrupt!! I can’t believe what I’m seeing in this country. I can only pray for God’s wrath to come down on them and save our country.....

Don't "believe" what people on the internet say. Read the Constitution.
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but Congress may at any time make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of chusing Senators.” Article 4, Section 1.

Partner, the USSC is useless with Robert as the Chief of the USSC.
I guess Alzheimer's/Dementia is setting in to the House of Representatives.
We know the DemonRats in Congress are too old to be serving the American public.
