I love your double negative. I also note that the Pfizer vaccine was made without government money. So, I guess you are getting a vaccine.

The vaccines were not rushed to market. All of the proper clinical trials were performed. What did help was a lot of the red tape and regulator delays were removed and data was provided to the regulators in real time.

No, I won't be getting the vaccine. My experience tells me that if everybody is clamoring to get it, then I'll wait and see. Not one to do what everyone else is doing just to be part of the crowd.

Haven't had a flu shot since I left the military in the early 70s when they required it. I'm still standing and doing fine.

My approach is don't try and fix something that ain't broke yet. Causes it's own problems. The survivability rate is 99.8% even for those who contract the disease.

The more people try to convince me to get the vaccine, the less inclined I am to do so. I'm seasoned enough to assess my own risk.
