All these cases should have been filed in China. Probably would have had a better chance of being heard there.

It can be argued that these cases are not the business of the Supreme Court in the first place - that each state’s legislature has the right to throw out fraudulent elections and name their own slates of electors. Assertion of their plenary power to name electors would have been Constitutional and unchallengeable in court - though MSM/Democrat screaming would have been off the charts.

Well there’s the problem in a nutshell. The details actually DO matter — and Sidney Powell completely undermined the legitimate challenges to the election results by running around with these bizarre conspiracy theories that were too easily refuted in many cases.

If a prosecutor charges someone with murder and claims he shot the victim, but then it turns out the victim had no sign of gunshot wounds but instead died of asphyxiation, then the defendant is going to walk even if he WAS the perpetrator.
