Consider how Trump was always portrayed as crazy, trigger happy and unstable, yet Democrats never sent such a letter asking that he would be removed from being the sole person to launch a nuclear strike. To me this is ominous particularly when the signatories are all Democrats. It is obvious that Biden is in mental decline, but perhaps these members are aware of how far Biden has slipped..hence their concern.
