I watched a NBC Nightly News report video that showed her killing.
It seemed to me that if any businessman in like circumstances did what the shooter did, the businessman would be charged with murder.
Does any active district attorney care to disagree with my opinion on the record?
It's a police officer, not a businessman. So no, there will be no murder charge or any other charge.
