You still have to pull the trigger for it to discharge. I have used firearms for over 70 years and never had a gun discharge that I didn't intend for it too. I always had finger at the ready on the trigger when I was possible shoot area, never once fired off a round accidentally. Find something else to obsess over, that is an imaginary problem.
Some weapons were made with the safety inside the trigger guard which required the finger to be inside the trigger guard to release, not sure but I may still have one.
That's very commendable. But I really don't care if your put all 10 fingers into the trigger guard before acquiring a target. As long as I'm nowhere near you I have no problem with that!☺
