The entire incident of Ashli’s being gunned down should be in the public domain.
It’s been “investigated” long enough and there’s nothing pushing for it to come out into the light. State Media could care less other than to depict her as a right wing agitator or worse.

Fine, then under the law show the necessity to shoot and kill her.
All we have gotten to this point is silence about an investigation and the Capitol Police Lt’s lawyer offering his defense for her having been gunned down.

I have viewed several times as well. Super Duper clear he is white.
Under the law that isn't needed. All that is needed is a perceived threat to the life or safety of the officer or to people around him. Police had killed people with a lot less provocation than in this case.
We can agree, then, that the shooting was reckless.

Here’s another thought. If the bullet went thru her neck as has been stated and as crowded as that landing was, I’m awfully surprised that someone else wasn’t also hit.....
Well, that is a citation to the law.
Which gives the police officer all the legal cover he needs.
It’s a citation to law but should the matter go to trial, we won’t know how applicable it is.
Of course the DC prosecutors are already foreshadowing that no law was broken and if that becomes public and it appears the intend to quietly push that out when no one is looking; it will be a sad day for Ashli’s friends and family.
It won't be going to trial. The Capitol Police will claim that the officer acted because he thought that his life or safety, or the life and safety of the people he was protecting, was in danger from the mob and it'll never go any further. If it does, grand jury won't indict.

Agree. The autopsy results in DC— cause of death. There is much to indicate she did not die on the floor there, but very much later, having not been SHOT in the first place at all— supported by the AntiFA jacka@@ Sullivan’s video and multiangle analysis of all the PEOPLE who were there (1 female and all the rest were ACTORS- they were NOT real Police- this was verified by many who saw them come in and when they came out yelled “these are all ACTORS, people!).
Bottom line: either gut shot and bled internally to death— is possible with frag ammo— and not in the neck... or, fake shooting and she was killed later. Again she in the video kept looking to the “director” and looking to her left to see the “shooter” (angled her head repeatedly and only went through the window when directed to do so— and did it all alone- fell backward— and ALL of the males present had turned their backs on her and away from the shooter— they knew it was coming. Eveything about this STINKS.
And this joker had better talk— pronto. We cannot allow this to just be “created” as a cover story. Not Q- land, but from a professional perspective— there is much VERY WRONG about this, right down to being Schumer’s Capitol bodyguard— the supposed shooter. Dems are doing this— they know we can find out— and will. We must never let this just drop. Stay on it. (Like Cuomo, the mass murderer Fascist).
