For a man I never met or spoke to in person I feel like I’ve lost a dear friend. I tried listening to the show this morning with Mark Steyn and Rush’s wife Kathryn, but gave up after a few minutes. The man simply can’t be replaced. That said, I’m starting to listen more to Charlie Kirk. Didn’t realize he’s only 27. He’s got a big future ahead of him for sure.
I’ve never heard or seen anyone making fun of him for the cochlear implants, but has anyone on here ever run into it?
I tried to listen to Kathryn, but stopped after a couple of minutes. I doubted she wanted to be on the air. Just what she needed, another obligation.
That’s the first time I’ve ever wept directly upon the hearing of a celebrity’s (for the lack of a better term) death, even though I knew it was coming.
