Hard to believe Sig would allow such a defect. I’m more inclined to believe poor booger hook management.

That was immediately fixed. I owned two P320 and currently have a P320 X5 Legion. Perfectly fine guns, clean, and simple. Like others in this thread, I think this was for holster control or bad handling. The gun didn’t shoot by itself.
