Seems to me that the American middle class taxpayers bailed out the banks and Wall Street not so long ago. And, since, the money owed for rent will be going to these same bankers a little reciprocity is in order.
I notice they declared a moratorium on paying rent to landlords but not on paying the mortgage to the banks.
