One thing you all should keep in mind is that Coke probably isn’t the only company using this training with their employees. It’s on LinkedIn Learning - any company can pay for it. What other companies are making their employees do it?
In the name of equality, the company should tell their black employees to also act “less black”...

My company is starting something like this, though not as bad.

Mine has hired race hustling consultants with the trainings right around the corner. They are now openly talking about racial preferences in hiring. It is insanity.
Yep. Most major Corporations probably have a similar version of this type of indoctrination being foisted on their employees.

I’d be shocked if there’s any major company NOT doing it, or something just like it.
The companies do it because they are FORCED TO, not because they want to (trust me, they don’t want their overhead budget on this crap). Who forces them...it all comes from government, and unless we change government, nothing will change at the companies.
It’s that simple.
Years ago, when Coca Cola was headed by a Cuban refugee, he let a hardcore communist and Castro DGI/KGB front person, Prof. Johnnetta Cole (Spelman Un) join the Board of Directors. They said it was because she was a noted academic leader. OK.
She was also a key leader of the Soviet KGB/Cuban DGI created, SDS-led “Venceremos Brigade”, which became the terrorism training and breeding ground for the Weathermen/Underground Organization, the Puerto Rican FALN Marxist terrorist organization (Fraunces Tavern deadly bombing in NYC, for one), and possibly MIR in Puerto Rican who killed US sailors.
