Provided there is a good judge — THEN the democrats will be destroyed but if the judge is an Obama or Clinton appointee and a swamp jury then there is going to be a problem.
My concern as well. Every request for information wil be challenged. Draw a crooked judge and nothing exculpatory will be allowed in.
