I read that as Congress can only remove someone from the NO-FLY list, not put them on it. If that is a correct read, then Trump would have to be found guilty in a Court of Law for insurrection. And the odds of that are zero.

President Trump doesn’t like to be unfairly attacked or told what he can and cannot do, especially when the authoritarians doing it would be pissing on the Constitution and attacking democracy at the same time. I think these Brownshirt politicians are almost guaranteeing that Trump will run again. If Biden can run at that age while seeming senile and elderly, I don’t see why Trump can’t if he doesn’t have a major decline in health in the meanwhile.
