Were their instigators at the Capitol to ensure the crowd moved a certain direction and did things that could be used to paint a certain narrative? Yes, very believable. In fact there were people right here on FR wanting others that the rally would be coopted by certain elements with an agenda.
But saying Ashli was a paid actor is simply meant to tarnish Conservatives. In the same way Q nonsense was used to do the same.
It is also - ironically - the best way to hide real questions about that riot. By adding a dollop of the inane and insane (eg the same people who are asking if there weren’t instigators are also saying Ashli faked her death).

If one ever sees another human dying you know that this woman was dying and was dead within seconds thereafter. 1/6 was a circus and sh*tshow ignited by provocateurs and asinine/overzealous Trump supporters but to say that Ashli was a hoax is not very credible. The behavior of the Capitol Police during and post incident is highly bizarre though. The fvking media and government is just typical and not worth spit.

No interest whatsoever by the media about this woman. I remember seeing a short clip from her “husband” who didn’t seem all too broken up about his wife being killed. Most people who have had this kind of tragedy wouldn’t even be able to speak, let alone appear before cameras, composed and articulate.
