I can't disagree with you re. shredding. IIRC the Antium County original audit included the Dominion machines and found that their ballot logs had been erased. This is against the law, a huge problem in mandatory records retention. I have heard lawyers describe it as legal proof on its face of fraud.

Will one noncompromised judge start the unraveling?

That’s called spoliation.

When you delete records that were required for a case it can be assumed in court that the records contained information detrimental to the party doing the deleting.
