Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Monday called freshman GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA) a “cancer for the Republican Party.”

“Somebody who’s suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11, that horrifying school shootings were pre-staged, and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr.’s airplane is not living in reality,” McConnell said in a statement first shared with The Hill. “This has nothing to do with the challenges facing American families or the robust debates on substance that can strengthen our party.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene responded to McConnell.

I’ve rewatched videos of 9/11 and there’s no way a plane can make a descent that low and hit the Pentagon.

LOL gotta love the satire on this site.

Someone who has spent a few hours playing Microsoft Flight Simulator could do it, yes. As long as they know to manage the throttle, the autopilot (most of which has many very easy to turn and read knobs to indicate heading, altitude, rate of ascent/descent, etc.) will do 99.9% of the job for you. Turn it off a few thousands yards away, push down the nose... yup.

Gonna tell you a secret, most pilots are on their phones playing games or reading a book shortly after the aircraft passes 10,000 feet and the fasten seatbelt sign turns off.
