Biden can’t even remember the day of the year it is on any given day. He is worse than Regan was in the waning years/days of his presidency. And what did Regan die of? Biden is worse.
I do not believe he is as much of a puppet as you seem to think. Nor do I think he is necessarily as demented as you believe him to be.
