So were these NG troops federalized, or did the various governors send them out of state to DC? The latter sounds like the President sending troops to another country. If Washington State sent NG to DC, shouldn't the state legislature have a say in that

“The Ntl Guard are soldiers, not Nancy Pelosi’s servants.”

Texas Gov Abbott followed suit.
