I don’t know why people direct so much at the RNC.
The party begins and ends at the grass roots, not the RNC.
The beginning of new candidates is in districts up, not the RNC down.
As to voting for an existing rep, I think that depends very much on the rep themselves. I do not believe in the act of throwing the baby out with the bath water just to satisfy a mythic promise of term limits. I always vote for the candidate, newcomer or incumbent, but because I think they are the best one regardless of being a newcomer or an incumbent.
Yes, I think some GOP reps need to be primaried, for sure, starting with folks like Liz Cheney.
“The beginning of new candidates is in districts up, not the RNC down.”
That outstanding advice will be completely lost on the blind-as-bats, Mr. McGoo morons who refuse to get off their fat, useless asses and vote for conservatives in county and state elections.
They are oblivious to the fact that if you control the counties, you control the state. And if you control the state, you control the federal elections in the state.
You are absolutely correct, and that is the reason I am no longer a Republican. The grass roots elected these politicians, and have done so for years. Every two years it has been a mistake. Repeated over and over again. Republicans are insane. I will no longer repeat the same mistake. It is an embarrassment to be called a Republican. #ExitGOP

How many of the "build a new party" crowd have ever even been to their own local gop meeting ?
Very few.
