I beleive there was stil l photos and video of the room. And there was a room right in front of her. She was right at the end of the hallway there. There was a wall to her right as she tried to climb through the door, window I beleive? There were several officers with guns trained on the window there according to what the photos show.

In 2019, the 35-year-old was slapped with a lawsuit involving a motoring incident. The case was dismissed last year due to “lack of jurisdiction” according to records.
A lawsuit is not criminal. Anyone can be sued for anything very easily.
A few years earlier - in July 2016 - Babbitt had been charged with “reckless endangerment” and “malicious destruction of property”.
Maryland court records list both misdemeanor charges as having “probable cause” but she was found “not guilty” of the malicious destruction charge and acquitted of the reckless endangerment charge in December 2016.
She was also charged with “willful motor vehicle (damaging, tampering) without owner's consent” in July 2016.
According to records, her plea was neither guilty or not guilty, but she was found not guilty at trial.
So what we have is one dismissed lawsuit and two trails where she was found innocent. That is not a criminal record.

A lot of Freepers have the same suspicions about Ashli’s murderer. I personally think it was a congressman or staffer. If you watch the video the shooter isn’t dressed like a plain clothes office, with cuff links and bracelet and the shooter doesn’t behave or follow any protocols that a trained officer would follow. As soon as the shot is fired the murderer retreats back into a room instead of calling for assistance or seeing to the Ashli. They’re covering for a congressman or staffer.
The shooter was a white guy with receding hair line. He looked almost like the Sargent at arms for congress.
