I’m wondering if the reason that Trump has been so widely de-platformed is to deprive him of a mechanism whereby he can declassify all the relevant documents that need to be shown to the American people.

I think it's much less about being able to share of technology platforms and much more about everyone in the relevant government being against him.
He could give the orders to declassify everything....who would obey those orders? Nobody.
He's gone from probably 75% in the fed bureaucracy hatting him and plotting against him for 4 years to now 99.9% against him.
Meanwhile, out here in the real world, his approval numbers are going up.
