Serious question here. How can they be hacked when they aren’t connected to the internet?
They were on the internet until they were shut down, but AWS employees probably are the ones who if this is true copied the information.
That recent link explains it.
Amazon left all of the information easy to access once the site was taken down. Someone could then go in pretending to be an admin and access all of the files. This includes phone numbers abs supposedly there were drivers license copies. For every photo you take on your phone there’s data attached to it saying the GPS location and ID of the device you used.
With all that they could doxx people, give their location, email they used, etc.
They’ll start with the “Capitol rioters” but from there...
Could be a ding on your coming Social Credit Score.
There are already Trump supporters finding themselves on a “do not fly”’list.
The point is to slowly take away liberties and create pain. Take down the loudest and most active first. This sends a message to the herd to back off.
The app wont open this morning. It did last night
They are hosted on Amazon Web Services. All it takes is an inside Amazon employee with admin privileges.
