BREAKING: Parler CEO Responds to Amazon Hosting Ban — Says It’s a ‘Coordinated Attack By Tech Giants to Kill Competition’

Parler CEO John Matze has responded to Amazon kicking the platform off their hosting services, calling it a “coordinated attack.” On Saturday, Amazon kicked Parler off their webhosting service, meaning the platform will be offline until they find a new host.

The ban goes into effect on Sunday, effectively shutting down the platform that conservatives have flocked to since the big tech giants began banning conservatives.

In a post on Parler, Matze wrote that “Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech off the internet. There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on amazons proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products.”

Now here, I completely disagree. Well, kinda. Yes, we are at Peak Trump Hysteria now.

However, expect the following:

1. The left will try to hobble the remaining days of the Trump Presidency so he will be too distracted to push through any declassify-and-release moves.

2. When he leaves office, there will be a very intense effort to bankrupt, prosecute, and jail every Trump family member, starting with The Donald. This will be to remind any other would-be outsiders and any conservatives that the communists and globalists are now in power, and will brook no resistance.

3. The first amendment will be shut down for us, in the manners we have outlined above.

4. The second amendment will be weakened to the point of meaninglessness, by calling ANY semiauto -- pistol, rifle, or shotgun -- an 'assault weapon' that will fall under the NFA act. Then ALL pistols. "Sniper" rifles. You name it. Anyone who objects or refuses to comply will be labeled a 'domestic terrorist'.

5. The economy will rapidly wind down as the government seizes many forms of wealth, such as 401k's. White people's wealth, in particular, will be plundered.

6. While the anti-Trump hysteria will die down, it will be replaced by the demonization of people like us, with equal furor.

7. After that my crystal ball grows hazy, but, remember: You are in 1937 Germany and your last name is Feinberg.

There’s a billion other webhosts who don’t give a crap as long as you pay your bill.

There aren't many other cloud providers with the kind of scale that AWS has - MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform. Those companies are just as woke as Amazon and just as likely to shut down Parler if they tried to switch.

You underestimate the value, in political capital, of 'making an example' and warning millions of people off any similar resistance, all at once.

It has nothing to do with “competition.” Taken in total with everything else going on, it is a well-coordinated attack on anything they believe to be conservative speech. There are more nefarious implications as well, but competition is not what this is about.
