Note that the shooter in the suit takes the shot even though armed uniformed LEOs with carbines are clearly swarming towards the door less than 10 feet from the shooter.

One of the first things I noticed was that he shot with those LEOs in his line of fire. That and the way he moved back and forth and thrust the gun forward when he shot tell me he has no training. Not to mention firing with no imminent threat to himself or anyone else.
