We’ve been saying that this is how it works since Nov. Some here chose not to listen.

Actually you've been saying that Pence didn't have the power to reject slates of electors.

Now, you're saying that the National Archive does have the power to reject slates of electors.

And, they do not have this power. The Legislatures pass along the slates of Electors. If the Sec. of State and a Governor do without their OK... then these are ILLEGAL Electors. Article II of the US Constitution which requires the State Legislatures to nominate Electors (chosen as the State Legislatures may direct— that is by election, or, in the case of a rigged illegal fraud election... by THEIR choosing).

Actually, I’ve been saying that the authority to reject lies only with Congress.

All else can be inferred from that.

All Pence has to do is reject the illegally certified electors sent by the contested states' governors. The certified electors in those states were selected despite the fact that the elections were illegal because they were not conducted in accordance with either the state legislatures rules and/or the state constitution and, in turn, the US constitution.

He does not need count the Trump electors for those same states. The 12th Amendment says the president of the senate counts the votes and the candidate with the most votes, wins. Neither Trump or Biden will have the 270 needed to win with all the electors counted.

But after rejecting the illegal electors, Trump would have something like 232 and Biden 222, making Trump the new president.
