Wuhan virus -

Slovakia’s government is actively considering a potential full lockdown to stem the rise of fresh Covid-19 infections, similar to the one introduced in neighboring Austria, Prime Minister Eduard Heger’s office said on Monday.
Heger said that his office is “intensively” mulling a three-week lockdown, which has been proposed by the Health Ministry. He added that expert opinion would be key to making any decision in the coming days.
Slovakia has already banned unvaccinated people from bars and pubs and ordered restaurants to suspend all in-house meal services as part of a set of measures agreed last week. About 45% of Slovakia’s population are vaccinated, one of the lowest rates in Europe.

The authorities in Kenya have announced that from the 21st of December everyone who is not vaccinated will be barred from using public transport and accessing government buildings. The announcement was made by Health Minister, Mutahi Kagwe.
Vaccination rates in Kenya are currently less than 10% of the population. Official data suggests that the country has administered 6.4 million jabs out of a total of 10.7 million doses it has received. Infection rates however remain relatively low. An average of 59 infections are reported every day.

The emergency department in Long Beach, operated by Mount Sinai South Nassau, is closing temporarily due to nursing staff shortages related to the state vaccine mandate, the hospital announced. “The New York State Department of Health’s mandate is putting our residents at risk,” Assemblywoman Melissa Miller wrote on Facebook. “They should be working with Mount Sinai South Nassau on a solution that does not involve the closure of a desperately needed emergency facility.”
The shutdown is a direct result of the hospital’s compliance with the state Department of Health’s mandate issued that requires the suspension of all staff working under temporary religious exemptions who could not show proof of receiving the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid medical exemption.

NOTE -This is one of many hospitals shooting themselves in the foot from the mandate. A hospital here in the Redoubt fired staff and lost 25% of its capacity - with no means of recovering it.

Scientists are puzzled at the lack of a wuhan disaster in parts of Africa. When the coronavirus first emerged last year, health officials feared the pandemic would sweep across Africa, killing millions. Although it’s still unclear what COVID-19’s ultimate toll will be, that catastrophic scenario has yet to materialize in Zimbabwe or much of the continent.

Scientists emphasize that obtaining accurate COVID-19 data, particularly in African countries with patchy surveillance, is extremely difficult, and warn that declining coronavirus trends could easily be reversed.
But there is something “mysterious” going on in Africa that is puzzling scientists, said Wafaa El-Sadr, chair of global health at Columbia University. “Africa doesn’t have the vaccines and the resources to fight COVID-19 that they have in Europe and the U.S., but somehow they seem to be doing better,” she said.
Fewer than 6% of people in Africa are vaccinated. For months, the WHO has described Africa as “one of the least affected regions in the world” in its weekly pandemic reports.

OBSERVATION - One thing missing from this report is that these areas use a lot of Ivermectin to combat parasites and other things.
this is backed up by a study the National Library of Medicine published research comparing COVID-19 mortality and infection rates in countries that had participated in the African Program for Onchocerciasis Control and those that had not. According to the study, APOC countries took part in an “intensive Ivermectin mass campaign carried out to control onchocerciasis,” a parasitic tropical disease. And the findings proved interesting: APOC nations had a 28 percent lower COVID-19 mortality rate and an 8 percent lower rate of infection than their non-APOC counterparts.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Yesterday, rumors were flying that Australia is literally rounding up “positive tests and close contacts of covid cases,” loading them into army trucks, and shipping them to quarantine camps against their will. I had some concerns about the veracity of the report based on the news source. Today Michael Yon weighed in reporting the same, a very valid source. tyrannical actions for a disease with a 99.7% survival rate. The Australian army has begun forcibly removing residents in the Northern Territories to the Howard Springs quarantine camp located in Darwin, after nine new Covid-19 cases were identified in the community of Binjari. The move comes after hard lockdowns were instituted in the communities of both Binjari and nearby Rockhole on Saturday night.

People who oppose Covid-19 vaccine mandates are “anti-vaxxers,” pure and simple, Australian Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner said during a heated press conference, noting more positive cases in his state were “expected.”
Gunner made it more than clear during a press conference in which he was asked if his hardline stance on vaccine mandates might have turned some away from getting the jab that anyone who wasn’t 100% for the state’s increasingly draconian vaccination mandates was a true “anti-vaxxer.” Even if they themselves had been vaccinated, he argued, Australians were either with the virus or with the mandates.

OBSERVATIONS - Australia is the cutting edge so to speak in regards to wuhan totalitarianism and can be look upon as the test ground by globalists to enforce not only wuhan dictatorship, but other global emergencies like ‘climate change’. Australian leadership is dividing the population along very black and white standards. Such population division is present in varying degrees over wuhan around the world. It is one means of giving totalitarian govts leverage to continue their plans.

See Powell’s denomination to the Fed and progressive demands the Fed fight climate change.

Economy -

Biden decided to renominate Jerome Powell for a second term as chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve, a seeming vote of tremendous confidence. However, with evidence of inflation taking a firmer grip on the economy and it getting worse in the months ahead, Powell is bound to face continued questions — if not outright criticism — for his role in contributing to this rising inflation in the United States. Some are seeing biden picking a fight with congressional progressives who wanted a chairman more to their liking.
The hard-progressive site Common Dreams had reported that two other Senate Democrats had sent out a clarion call for opposition to a second Powell term:
On Friday, Sens. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) issued a joint statement announcing that they would oppose the renomination of Jerome Powell—a Trump appointee—for a second term as Fed chair.
““Powell refuses to recognize climate change as an urgent and systemic economic threat,” the senators said. “During his tenure, Chair Powell first ignored climate change and then resisted calls for the Fed to use its tools to fight it, arguing that climate change ‘is really an issue that is assigned to lots of other government agencies, not so much the Fed.’””

Biden in his announcement started to address this spit - “We have to make sure sure our financial system can withstand climate change.” His statement on Fed climate change efforts were vague, with most of his talk regarding inflation.

OBSERVATION - Instead of inflation, the Fed to fight climate changes. That is the globalist mantra .

Biden said Tuesday that the administration will tap the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as part of a global effort from energy-consuming nations to calm 2021′s rapid rise in fuel prices.
The coordinated release between the U.S., India, China, Japan, Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom is the first such move of its kind. In total, the U.S. will release 50 million barrels from the SPR. Of the total 32 million barrels will be an exchange over the next several months, while 18 million barrels will be an acceleration of a previously authorized sale.

OBSERVATION - Historically, releases from the Strategic Reserve have done very little to reduce prices. Even during one of his muddled meanderings last week biden noted such a release would only reduce prices by not much more than 18 cents/gallon. This is also a very dangerous move, with potential wars with China and Russia on the radar. If US production was at Trump levels, we would still be able to restock the reserve rather than take out.

Black Friday and holiday shopping loom big on the radar and markets will be quick to assess success/failure of saies targets and revenues .

Reports of another surge/wave developing of illegals headed to the border.

CW2/Domestic violence -

Darrell Brooks has been identified as a BLM supporter due to investigation by Andy Ngo, famed boil on Antifa’s butt. Waukesha police said yesterday suspect was fleeing domestic disturbance - not terrorism - wan was avoiding commentary on any of the links to Brook’s pro violent BLM support.
Black Lives Matter activist Vaun Mayes suggested the Waukesha Christmas parade attack on Sunday might be linked to retaliation for the Kyle Rittenhouse case verdict. Her comments followed a visit to the site.

OBSERVATION - I suggested yesterday that this was a ‘lone wolf’ attack. Further, the Waukesha police chief lead the force to kneel down in 2020 to BLM activists. Now appears he is trying to divert the incident to some ambiguous ‘domestic disturbance”. That assertion sadly under states the deliberative nature of forcing past barricades and deliberately targeting dozens of parade marchers over about an 8 block course.

Massive, organized looting has hit the San Fran bay area suburbs for three days straight. The Hayward Mall was one of the more recent victims (Beside Walnut Grove and Union Square), video captured criminals with hammers and other weapons used to break the glass at Sam’s Jewelers. The Macy’s and Footlocker were also ransacked. The same day in San Jose, police say a group of people entered the Lululemon store in Santana row and took merchandise.

OBSERVATION - Mass criminal actions by mostly black / hispanic mobs are expected to increase - especially in affluent suburb communities. In these cased, these suburbs are also deeply blue. Kalifornia has thrown gas on the fires of looting/shoplifting by essentially decriminalizing them. If the props are further kicked out from under the economy, such mob actions should be expected to spread very quickly across the country.

Domestic Terror -

Increased concerns for potential terror acts as the Holiday season approaches and govt agencies are too busy fighting global warming or chasing down school moms criticizing school boards.

The Waukesha disaster is causing LEOs across the nation to reassess security for similar events this holiday period.

Strategic Activity / Deployments -

Some observers are noticing increased U.S. Air Mobility Command (RCH) activity over Europe - activity more than doubled in recent days. Last peak was during the Afghanistan evacuation debacle. Some RUMINT is US flying material and advisors to Ukraine.

The Air Force Rapid Dragon Program, an experimentation campaign led by the Air Force Strategic Development Planning and Experimentation (SDPE) office, moved a step closer to making palletized munitions a reality. Earlier this month, the US Air Force completed another successful flight demonstration at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The test demonstrated the development of a production long-range cruise missile separation test vehicle, or STV – a cruise missile without an engine and warhead – from an MC-130J Commando II aircraft. At least four missiles can be carried per C130.
NOTE - Basically, kick a cruise missile out the back of a C130 and let her rip. This would increase the number of air platforms available for these strikes.

Cyber Warfare -

U.S. businesses and government organizations are being warned to take extra precautions against hackers at Thanksgiving given “recent history” showing the holiday is when disruptions are most likely to occur.
An advisory from the FBI and U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency urged organizations to identify key IT security employees who can be on call in the event of a ransomware attack.
“Although neither CISA nor the FBI currently have identified any specific threats, recent 2021 trends show malicious cyber actors launching serious and impactful ransomware attacks during holidays and weekends, including Independence Day and Mother’s Day weekends,” the advisory stated.

The Russian stock exchange falls rapidly at the open. The RTS index is below 1600 points for the first time since July, the Mosbirzha index is below 3800 points for the first time since August. The market is responding to concerns of a potential Russian military operation in the Ukraine in the near future.

Ukraine -

War of words continue as the Kremlin accuses Ukraine in preparations for military operation in Eastern Ukraine, and denies plans the the Kremlin to attack Ukraine.

The U.S. is weighing sending military advisers and new equipment including weaponry to Ukraine per U.S. officials to CNN. The package could include new Javelin anti-tank/anti-armor missiles, mortars and stinger missiles. See also increased U.S. Air Mobility Command (RCH) activity over Europe above under Strategic Activity / Deployments.

See Belarus comments

OVERALL OBSERVATION - A winter offensive would be enhanced against Europe / NATO thru the shut off of natural gas coming from Russia - creating a significant crisis right when those supplies would be the most essential.

If Russia and NATO go at it, here is a summary of capabilities from those at Forward Observer -

“Russians have about 300,000 troops staged across their southern and western fronts. Limited but powerful troop concentrations in Moldova, Kaliningrad, and Belarus give the Russian military unique options which can be difficult to observe or predict. NATO members have around 150,000 troops from nearly a dozen nations scattered across their eastern flank. NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence model keeps multinational formations ready to respond to crises and train smaller member states in combined-joint doctrine. The U.S. has approximately 5,000 troops in the Baltics and Poland, meaning military action in the region would quickly involve U.S. forces. “

“The most dangerous course of action is an invasion of Poland or Ukraine. Russia maintains a numerical and capability advantage over Ukraine. By the time Ukrainian forces mobilize, Russia will likely seize and hold up to the Dnieper River. Simultaneous military action against Poland could immediately involve US & UK troops already in the region. Military provocation against Poland would incite Common Defense (Article 5) provision of the NATO Charter. Energy supplies to Europe would cease almost immediately. Global supply chains would face catastrophic disruption as flagged commercial vessels become likely maritime targets.”

“The most likely course of action remains a stand-off between a Neo-Soviet Union State and the rest of Europe. The Russians have a limited window of opportunity to force NATO action or goad Ukraine into a fight. Ukrainian forces remain emplaced along contested borders, and fighting has increased over the past two weeks. The border forces are now carrying live ammunition in anticipation of migrant surges or Russian infiltration efforts. The situation remains eerily similar to the migrant waves in 2014 and 2015, prompting extra scrutiny from Ukraine and its growing bench of Western allies. I maintain that this is a test of Western resolve and an attempt to induce diplomatic fatigue so the Union State formalization will receive minimal pushback from the EU or NATO.””

ADDITIONAL NOTE - When Russia attacked into Ukraine in the Dombas region setting up the current stalemate, their forces were surprised by the resistance and resilience of Ukraine forces to limit the attack. I doubt the Russians will make the same mistake twice.

The President of the Czech Republic suggested to send troops to help on the Polish-Belarusian border

Polish Border Guards: Yesterday, i.e. 22.11, there have been 174 attempts to cross Belarus-Poland border illegally. Border Guards officers issued decisions to leave the territory of the Republic of Poland against 66 foreigners. In the section protected by the Border Guard Post in Białowieża, 50 aggressive foreigners tried to cross the border. These numbers are down from previous days.

We are concerned that the migrant crisis has diverted attention away from Russia’s military buildup in Ukraine and have urged our partners to keep a close eye on the region, US Ambassador to Belarus said at kennan institute.

OBSERVAITIONS - Crossing attempts have gone down and the situation is slowly deescalating.

Wuhan virus -

An indoor mask mandate has been reinstated in Santa Cruz County, California, after a surge in winter coronavirus cases has led to increased hospitalizations.
The county health department is requiring that people wear face coverings in indoor settings, including in private homes.
OBSERVATION - Mandated in your OWN HOME, watch the snitches come out as that is the only way they will be able to monitor compliance.

Globalism / Great Reset -

India plans to introduce, evaluate and enforce a bill to prohibit “all private cryptocurrencies” in the country, according to a legislative agenda for the winter session. The Indian government said Tuesday evening that the proposed law will permit “certain exceptions” to promote the underlying technology of cryptocurrency and its applications. The bill — called Cryptocurrency & Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill 2021 — will also create a “facilitative framework” for the creation of the official digital currency for the country, the legislative agenda adds.
OBSERVATION - nationalized digital (crypto) currency is just one step away from a global system.

New York City may soon permit hundreds of thousands of noncitizens to vote in municipal elections, while Mayor Bill de Blasio and his successor, Eric Adams, feel differently about the prospect.
The bill aims to amend the city’s charter by including a new chapter with provisions for allowing green card holders and those with work authorization to register to vote and take part in citywide elections through the creation of a separate municipal voter registration. Adams supported the concept when he was campaigning for mayor earlier this year.
OBSERVATION - Another step to strip away the concept of citizenship rights and give it to who ever. No more borders.

Leftists seek to destroy Thanksgiving - a uniquely American holiday - just like they’ve tried to eliminate Columbus from history . Globalists only want people to be thankful for the piddlings they hand out, and no thanks to an Almighty God.

Economy -

Oil prices rose above $82 a barrel on Tuesday morning after the Biden administration announced the U.S. and other nations would release tens of millions of barrels of oil from reserves in a ploy to lower prices. The jump in prices is largely due to OPEC’s response to the release by ‘reevaluating” their plans to increase production in the short term.
The government will not move barrels into the market until mid- to late-December. And not all of the oil will hit the market: Biden said 32 million barrels will eventually be returned to the SPR, with the other 18 million authorized for sale by Congress.

NOTE - 50 Million barrels is less than 3 days of US consumption. Like I said, such releases have have little to no effect. In this case, just the opposite happened - increased prices. ‘But only 18 Million barrels will actually affect the market.

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, newly appointed for a second four-year term as chief of the central bank, said on Nov. 22 that he would use the Fed’s arsenal to prevent inflation from becoming a more permanent feature of American life.
OBSERVATION - Powell is responsible in many ways for creating the current near hyper inflation conditions.

Uncontrolled retail theft is hitting corporations earnings and stock prices. Best Buy for instance too a big hit when their earnings report noted the loss of profit due to theft.

Invasion of Illegals -

Texas is ramping up Operation Lone Star, an effort to stem illegals from entering the state. He is mobilizing 10,000 officers and National Guard and erecting barriers at key crossing points. The operation utilizes air, ground, and marine tactical border security units. The operation started in March 2021 and the current expansion is due to thee reports of migrant caravans making their way north from southern Mexico.

In less than a year in office, biden administrations created the worst border situation ever.

Biden watch -

PRES. BIDEN: “My effort to combat climate change is not raising the price of gas...what it’s doing, it’s increasing the availability of jobs.”

Biden does not understand why people are finding rising gasoline prices such a struggle, when the obvious solution is to buy a $112,595 electric Hummer pickup.

When asked by a reporter Tuesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said President Joe Biden would not be apologizing for characterizing Kyle Rittenhouse as a “white supremacist.”
NOTE - He didn’t take the law into his own hands, he was running for his life.
___________________________

CW2/Domestic violence -

Another court case overshadowed by the Rittenhouse trial is that of three White men on trial for the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed Black man. Jury deliberations started yesterday. As prosecutors and defense lawyers delivered their closing statements, dozens of members of BLM 757, Lion of Judah Armed Forces and the New Black Panther Party marched outside the Glynn County Courthouse. “Ya’ll are in serious trouble because the wrath of karma is coming on America,” said a man who identified himself as the supreme commander of the New Black Panther militia. “We’re not taking it no more.”

OBSERVATION - If found not guilty, I fully expect the BLM/Antifa forces to erupt because in this case, versus Rittehouse, a black was killed. I haven’t followed this case very closely to say what the tea leaves forecast for a verdict.
The active presence of the New Black Panthers is a disturbing note. /they are volitile and emphasize being heavily armed and training to use those arms. There were some reports that the NBP will or has already set up small strike teams for targeted killings and the sort.

Flash looting mobs are spreading, with a major hit on a high end mall in Los Angles.
It is not hard to forecast that this trend will rapidly spread to most if not all major urban and suburban areas of the country in the coming days and weeks. The ferals sense the weakness and inability/unwillingness of LEO response.

Strategic Activity / Deployments -

The guided-missile destroyer USS Milius passed through the Taiwan Strait yesterday, per 7th Fleet officials. The contentious 100-mile-wide waterway is claimed by China but the U.S. considers it international waters. See China below for their response.

Noted earlier, the U.S. Army is reactivating its 56th Artillery Command, which had been deactivated in 1991. This command used to control the nuclear capable Pershing missiles of the cold war era. They will be commanding a whole new set of missiles to be deployed in the relatively near future. Currently the army has three new long-range missiles in development and all three are to be ready by 2023. The new missiles include the Precision Strike Missile, with a range of 500 kilometers, a Mid-Range Strike Missile with a range of 1,600 kilometers and a Long Range Hypersonic missile with a range of 2,700 kilometers. On an interim basis the Army plans to use the surface-to-surface version of the navy’s SM-6 anti-aircraft missile and Tomahawk cruise missiles to provide long range missiles quickly.

OBSERVATION - The US has been caught sleeping and is playing catch up in Europe. Russia will likely use this as justification for expanding its own similar ranged systems to threaten Europe as well.

The Kremlin on Tuesday said new sanctions imposed by the United States in connection with the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline were illegal and wrong, especially at a time when Moscow and Washington are attempting to rebuild dialog.
Monday’s sanctions targeted Russia-linked Transadria Ltd. and its vessel. Washington opposes the $11 billion pipeline, which runs under the Baltic Sea to bypass Ukraine and carry gas from Russia’s Arctic region to Germany.

Ukraine -

Russia’s most senior military general, Valery Gerasimov, held the call with US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, in which the two top generals talked about “pressing issues of international security”. The past days have witnessed heightening rhetoric and threats being exchanged between Moscow and Washington over tensions in Ukraine and Belarus, especially given recent reports from US media over a Russian force build-up and planned “invasion” of eastern Ukraine, reports which the Kremlin has vehemently denied.

The Kremlin has denied accusations by Ukrainian and U.S. intelligence officials that Russia is preparing an “imminent” invasion of Ukraine. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov dismissed the reports as a “deliberate smear campaign in the media” and said Russia’s recent military deployments near Ukraine were part of standard exercises.
“I can only say that in this case any movements by the Russian troops inside the country, and this relates solely to our territory, pose no threat to anyone and must be of no concern to anyone,” he told reporters.

OBSERVATIONS - I am not convinced of an imminent attack by Russia, but another exercise to test NATO mettle. However, the force build up in the region is at the point where Russia could easily execute a multi pronged attack into Ukraine, while blackmailing European NATO forces with natural gas shut offs (If the winter attack scenario plays out.

Venezuela -

For the first time in 15 years, Venezuela’s ruling socialist government allowed election observers into the country. Those observers concluded the elections were, at best, a mixed bag. Not surprisingly the socialists won most races thanks largely to the ways in which Maduro’s regime has tilted the playing field. The tilt largely consisted of banning opposition candidates from running for office. It didn’t help that the opposition was severely divided in its efforts

OBSERVATION - Continued economic woes and Madura gets entrenched even deeper. Results will also probably ensue closer cooperation with Iran and bases for islamic terror in Central/South America.
