The first case of someone in China suffering from Covid-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, can be traced back to November 17, according to government data seen by the South China Morning Post. Chinese authorities have so far identified at least 266 people who were infected last year, all of whom came under medical surveillance at some point.
Some of the cases were likely backdated after health authorities had tested specimens taken from suspected patients.
This is the information that we have from the CDC website:
The outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was first reported on December 31, 2019, in Wuhan, China. Within a few weeks, the virus had spread rapidly throughout China and within 1 month to several other countries, including Italy, the United States, and Germany. Difficulty controlling such aggressive spread resulted partly from the size of Wuhan, which has a full-time population of >9 million and a transient population of an additional 5.10 million, for a total population of ≈14 million. Wuhan is located in central China and has a wide range of transportation links, including airplanes, trains, interstate buses, and private transportation. In an attempt to reduce virus transmission, on January 23, 2020, authorities locked down Wuhan, but by that time, ≈5 million persons had already left. Reasons for leaving included returning to hometowns for the Chinese New Year (most persons) or leaving for holidays, but some left because of fear of COVID-19. Consequently, COVID-19 has now been identified in every province or autonomous region in China, although the highest number of cases is still in Wuhan.
However, a tweet from Joe Biden posted on 10/25/2019 raised a lot of speculations as people started suggesting that Biden knew about the COVID-19 pandemic before the pandemic started.
Biden tweeted:
This is tweeted three or four weeks before the world learned about this Covid virus that changed the way we live.
On another hand, Biden doesn’t mention the covid virus but still, the timing is perfect to raise a lot of suspicions.
A private analysis of cellphone location data purports to show that a high-security Wuhan laboratory studying coronaviruses shut down in October, three sources briefed on the matter told NBC News. U.S. spy agencies are reviewing the document, but intelligence analysts examined and couldn’t confirm a similar theory previously, two senior officials say.
The report — obtained by the London-based NBC News Verification Unit — says there was no cellphone activity in a high-security portion of the Wuhan Institute of Virology from Oct. 7 through Oct. 24, 2019, and that there may have been a “hazardous event” sometime between Oct. 6 and Oct. 11.
The CDC, under Fauci, authorized $4 million dollars to Wuhan, ostensibly for increased 'security' at the Wuhan virology laboratory.
Biden's statement about a pandemic was made in October.
The first instances of Wuhan coronavirus occurred in November, and identified as a unique virus in December.
