It was a solemn day in a federal court room in Rome, when Arturo d’Ello took the stand. The former employee of the 8th largest defense contractor in the world Leonardo SpA - which is partially owned by the Italian government – began his shocking testimony with the usual swearing in on the Bible. That was the last thing that was ordinary about the day.
As the crowd gasped, he outlined the scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy to help Dominion steal the U.S. election for Joseph Biden. He explained how recent reports of a hack at Leonardo were orchestrated to cover their tracks.
The news connects the dots between Eric Coomer’s actions for Dominion Voting Systems in the U.S., the CIA raid in Frankfurt, Germany to protect Dominion’s servers and destroy the evidence of election fraud, and now the actions at Leonardo in Italy.
It even ropes in the deep state in the U.S. government. According to the Federal Enquirer, the U.S. government has awarded $1 billion in contracts to Leonardo SpA in the last year.
In a press release, Nations In Action, a government transparency organization, partnering with the Institute of Good Governance, stated, “This is the long awaited proof that a flawless plot to take down America was executed with extraordinary resources and global involvement. Americans and elected officials now have proof that the election was indeed stolen. Apparently, all this plan was confirmed by Arturo D’Elia, a former Leonardo’s consultant, who in a sworn testimony admitted his role in the hacking scheme. Mr. D’Elia claims that he acted under the instructions of US embassy personnel in Rome. However, it seems very unlikely that this plan could have taken place without the US ambassador in Rome, Lewis Eisenberg, knowing what was taking place in his own embassy. Lewis Eisenberg was appointed by Trump in 2017 and he was a contributor to his campaign.......he’s also very close to the Zionist neocon lobbies which oppose Trump’s military disengagement.
The political masterminds of the plan: Renzi and Obama What was described so far is the military and secret service level of the operation orchestrated by disloyal and subversive members of the US and Italian deep state, but Mrs. Zack’s revelations that follow are even more shocking. The political level of the plan was basically conceived by Barack Obama who was allegedly helped by his Italian counterpart, Matteo Renzi, the former Italian Prime Minister. The latest declassification of the NSA documents confirmed that in September 2016, Barack Obama was perfectly informed of what was going on against the Republican candidate. The former CIA director, John Brennan, had informed President Obama that Hillary Clinton was fabricating a false scandal to depict Trump as a “Russian stooge”.
US institutions, such as the FBI and the US intelligence community, had a major role in this plot because they gave a green light to the illegal espionage against Trump. Therefore, it is not far-fetched to say that President Obama was the mastermind behind the plan to sabotage Donald Trump.
At the same, the Spygate couldn’t take place without the decisive assistance of Italy. When Obama had chosen to authorize the illegal espionage operation, he would have asked for the help of the former Italian Prime Minister, Renzi.
The timing is very important in this matter. A month after Obama-Brennan’s meeting, the then former Italian PM paid a visit to the Obama White House. If Mrs. Zack’s version is right, it was on that occasion that Obama ordered Renzi to take part in the plan. Renzi would have agreed by involving the Italian secret services in the espionage.
The Italian secret services would have conceived a plan to set up Giulio Occhionero, an Italian nuclear engineer, who had been used as a way to falsely associate Trump to the Kremlin. BACKSTORY In a yet unexplained move, key states including PA, Michigan, and WI stopped releasing vote counts on election night. Fact-checkers have noted that these states didn’t stop counting.......but did not say not WHY they stopped releasing the results of their counting.
REALITY CHECK They had to go into the machines and falsify a separate reset to have them come out for Biden.
At 4 a.m. the next morning, huge amounts of fresh Biden votes were being reported. The scam worked so well the all-knowing, all powerful, “ask no questions” MSM, themselves, “declared” Biden president-elect.
When things looked bad for Biden, the collusion was so flagrant, some states inexplicably

REFERENCE----Weighted vote tabulation is a feature of the Dominion system, which is determined by administrative settings...described in some of their user manuals.
That system counts votes as decimal numbers and rounds up the final totals so the batches balance. I cannot imagine a legitimate use for this feature in a US election.

Is this used for anything else but to steal elections?
POINTS TO PONDER The states worked together to elect Biden...... that’s the reason no state authorities want to order an actual audit b/c even one state’s finagling could expose the rest. There is clearly some very real coordination between top state election officials and SoS’s, and their counterparts in other states.
(h/t patriotfury) It seems clear that large scale stuffing and “ballot trucking/ballot dumps” were done specifically to engineer a rough alignment between (A) the fraudulent paper ballots, and, (B) the software fraud.
Trump’s actual win was an enormous landslide w/ at least 80 million votes. Many more votes than the fraudsters had previously calculated. So much so, their algorithms wouldn’t perform the vote fraud planned for an easy Biden win.
Trump’s hundreds of thousands of votes overwhelmed the panicky fraudsters.....that’s when they were forced to stop releasing the count (giving America no explanation).....
They had to come up with a way to (A) back-fill Biden votes, (b) destroy Trump votes, and, (C) fabricate votes for Biden.
