Does she puff up their credentials like her 305 military intelligence that was a army vehicle mechanic who failed the 305 training?

https://www.seattletimes.com/nation-world/nation-politics/sidney-powells-secret-election-witness-spyder-says-he-never-worked-in-military-intelligence/
Excerpt:
> Merritt acknowledged that the declaration’s description of his work as an “electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence” is misleading. He said it should have made clear that his time in the 305th was as a student, not as a working intelligence expert.
> He blamed “clerks” for Powell’s legal team, who he said wrote the sentence. Merritt said he had not read it carefully before he signed his name swearing it was true.
> “That was one thing I was trying to backtrack on,” he said on Thursday. “My original paperwork that I sent in didn’t say that.”

Until told otherwise, I will accept that it was an honest clerical error. I have job A at organization B. I tell that clearly to anyone who asks, but all the time people come back to me asking questions assuming I am an expert in B's specialty.

It is easily believable to me that Merritt told Powell and her staff that he had 7 months of training in military intelligence, and the staff (and perhaps Powell herself) honestly hearing "he's an expert in military intelligence."

Since you are so concerned about this story, I'm a little surprised that you never did the simple search yourself.

But anyway, now that that's cleared up, is Powell correct or is she incorrect that foreign nations interfered in the election?

Ok, I was too hasty to see the post was defending Powell in a side bar discussion.

The idea that a patriot superstar like Powell is somehow diminished by having a trained IT cyberwarrior with a military intel beginning of unremarkable newbie intel training or whatever is just NOT IMPORTANT in the larger picture.

Tonight I saw a clip of Russell Ramsland Jr. of ASOG confirming Patrick Byrne’s bizarre report of a spy device inside a thermostat found and photographed by a Microsoft Certified Technician.

The problem I have had with all the disparate pieces of technology and data evidence is that they appear to create a distraction to the bigger picture of getting the state legislatures to either decertify/rescind Biden Electors or flip certification to Trump Electors.

What appears to move these state legislators is a prolonged growing livid rage by voters feeling they were robbed and played for fools, embroiled in anger overflowing, some talking of taking up arms, normal quiet people who suddenly are out for blood, and then moving to push for signature verifications, ballot inspections, impossible numbers, Zuckerberg unmonitored ballot dropboxes, loss of ballot chain of custody, and other assorted low tech evidence. These ‘people’ things with real people with angry faces get a local legislator’s attention.

Discussions of voting machines rigged with extremely high error rates, adjudication and thumb drive chicanery, overseas monitoring and QSnatch remote scripts, and so forth are interesting but they don’t jive well with a court’s experience with material admissible evidence unless there is solid data + metadata that nails the fraudsters to the wall in enough states to claw back Biden Electors.

All the technical details and cyber espionage/rigging including the solid scanning proposal by Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (must-watch short video linked in FR thread https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3919127/posts) are certainly important downstream in a year to two year investigating commission which can only happen IF TRUMP GETS SWORN IN.

But there is an exception when technical details are tied to foreign interference.

Why is Ramsland’s thermostat spy device important?

First, Ramsland’s background and credentials are formidable. If anyone can take Dominion (also SmartMatic, ES&S) down and land them in prison, Ramsland will be a key figure.

And what does the ‘thermostat’ finding have to do with anything?

It was found to be carrying data to China and other foreign sites. There has to be Microsoft/NSA involvement. This is important because it allows the President to proceed with EO 13848 which can spur state legislatures further toward using their Article II powers under the Constitution to dump Biden Electors.

Tech findings ==> Ramsland ==> State Legislatures ==> Jan 6
RAMSLAND ==> Powell ==> Rudy ==> POTUS ==> EO 13848 ==> State Legislatures == Jan 6

The noise about Merritt’s training with the 305th and problems with his profile in the Powell document is just so trivial to the larger picture. But one thing I can be assured of, Powell would not include him on the team unless he had demonstrated he was worth his salt.
