Which weighs against the Reefer Madness claim that legalization means high levels of use.

The article says OK one of the hottest markets. So the article is wrong then, right?

As far as legalization goes and the levels of usage, it's common sense to conclude that the legalization of a product will increase its usage. More availability, more usage.

The last stats I saw for weed consumption by state had Oklahoma ranked 37th in weed consumption.

As far as legalization goes and the levels of usage, it's common sense to conclude that the legalization of a product will increase its usage. More availability, more usage.

Reasonable - but how much more? Seems to me that just about anyone who wants marijuana has already found it in our unregulated black market.
